DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PHARMACEUTICAL AND LABORATORY SERVICES
Arrangements will be made with durable medical equipment dealer, a pharmacy or a laboratory for the delivery of equipment, prescription drugs or laboratory services to the patients' home.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE
Optimal Home Health works on referral basis.Though referrals typically come from a physician, they may also originate from any local hospital, doctor's office, board and care facility, skilled nursing facility, patient, family, interested person or agency. A nurse or qualified representative from Optimal will receive referral information. The patient is then signed up for various services requested by the physician. Our representative will see the patient within 24-48hrs unless specific care is required on the same day.
